Sugar Free Pumpkin Spice Coffee Syrup
This pumpkin spice syrup is sugar free and naturally made with monkfruit. Monkfruit is a great natural alternative with no calories and does cause glucose spikes in the body. This pumpkin spice syrup tastes amazing, is healthy, low calorie, and great for coffee, teas, and other desserts like tres leches!
Every single year I run across the same dilemma. I am trying to find a good sugar free pumpkin spice coffee syrup that actually taste good, has no artificial ingredients, little calories, and no sugar!!! WELP, I couldnt find one, so I made it! Here is the recipe I want to share with everyone. I hope you enjoy. And at the end is the video of how I made it! :)
1 1/2 Cups Water
1/2 Cup of Monkfruit Sweetener
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1 Tsp Cinnamon
3/4 Tsp Pumpkin Spice
1/4 Tsp Allspice
In a medium pot combine the monkfruit sweetener and purified water.
Simmer until the monkfruit sweetener is completely dissolved.
Once dissolved, add the pumpkin puree and stir.
Add the cinnamon, pumpkin spice, and allspice.
Let simmer on low for 30 minutes.
Let cool and pour into an airtight container.
Refrigerate for up to 10 days.
