Each tarot deck has a different story, and each one has a different personality. 

Depending on the deck, the reading could be extremely intricate and in depth, or straight to the points depending on the symbolism and depiction on the cards.

I have several different tarot decks and like to use each one differently. My favorite, but most in depth and intricate, would be my Hermetic Tarot deck, because of the endless back story of the Golden Dawn, something I would consider myself to be a part of. The Golden Dawn associates Ancient Magick from Egypt, Judaism, and other Greek methodologies. Many of old world symbolism that we humans see on a daily basis, are overlooked but can be seen in the cards. The cards also associate with the zodiac, like all tarot decks, but the Hermetic has specific Decans for your individual astrology sign creating an in depth reading. 

Other favorites is my Halloween Tarot deck that I will be regularly using this season as fall starts to come in. Currently enwrapped in a pumpkin blanket I bought at Target last year as I type this....
